For your and our safety, we have drawn up the following guidelines for the Covid-19 Coronavirus.
General corona measures
- Keep a distance of at least 1.5 metres from others
- Wash and/or disinfect your hands regularly
- Sneeze or cough in your elbow
- Use paper handkerchiefs
- Wearing a mouth-nose mask is compulsory, with the exception of seats
- We don’t shake hands
Booking in advance
- Booking in advance is necessary
- Reservations via our booking tool on this website
- You can make a reservation for the tour for 1 or maximum 2 persons.
- In view of the limited capacity and security, we ask you to make a maximum of one reservation per business location
- If you would like extra information on specific subjects, you can indicate this when making your reservation
- Take into account any applicable business travel advice by the country from which you are departing and the country of destination.
Arrival and registration on location
- We welcome you in a tent on the car park in front of the entrance
- Please be present 20 minutes before the time of your appointment
- There is parking on site
- Mouth-nose masks should preferably be put on before entering the tent
- If you have not brought any mouth-nose masks, these are available at the registration desk
- Upon entry, an automatic body temperature measurement will be done by means of a heat camera
- Upon entry, you will be asked to disinfect your hands
- Upon entry, a written health attestation shall be required to be completed
- Your data will be recorded including the time of entry
Guided tours
- Guided tours are at fixed times
- Guided tours have a fixed duration of approximately 1 hour
- Guided tours are given in groups of up to 4 people
- Approximately 15 minutes before the start of the tour we go under supervision to the showroom on the first floor
- There is a limited catering facility here and consumption may still be served
- Guided tours take place under the supervision of an employee
- We ask you to follow the instructions of employees
- There is a fixed routing in the showroom
- If time permits, we will pay attention to the specific topics on which you would like to receive additional explanations You can add these at the moment you make the booking
- Wearing a mouth-nose mask is compulsory during the visit
- After the tour we kindly ask you to leave the showroom as soon as possible to make room for the following visitors
After the guided tours
- After the tour and leaving the showroom there is an adapted catering facility in a tent on the ground floor
- Simple meals are served here on a regular basis
Unsubscribe from visit and departure from location
- Before departure we ask you to report at the departure desk in the tent of the sample door issue
- Here we also register the departure time
- We also ask you to respect the distance between other visitors/employees during your departure
- Sample doors and documentation are available for dealers
Travel advice
Rotpunkt complies with German laws and regulations.
If you travel from an area which, according to the German authorities, has a negative travel recommendation, Rotpunkt will unfortunately have to deny you entry.
